CanadaOrdered (6) Pro Aware for the crew
For context we are a crew of 6 working in various noise environments in a power plant. The product works as advertised however there is a few things we didn't like. The length of the cable between the ear buds is too short and was quite tight around a few peoples necks when they were connected with the magnets. We also don't really like the type of foam tips offered. When they are pinched down they immediately go back to the original shape which makes it hard to insert into the ear. With another brand we tested the tips were memory foam which allowed easier insertion and a better fit. We will probably replace ours out with an aftermarket tip. Other than that the calls are clear and the controls are easy to use. It picks up our voice no problem in low noise areas and in higher noise environments with the cable out in front we had no issues.

Earpieces fall off and get lost
Very good functionality for noise cancelling ear buds. The major issue I have with them is that the ear tips fall off too easy. I have a bigger ear cavity so once the larger supplies eat tips are gone the ear buds are useless unless I want to spend more money on replacement ear tips. If they weren’t $190 to begin with I wouldn’t have an issue spending more money on ear tips.

United StatesOver ear loop interferes with glasses
They won't stay on because the over ear loops interfere with my glasses. Regret buying these. Wish I'd bought earmuffs instead.

Disappointed
There are two major reasons I am giving the rating that I have. 1. Fit - I have worn all kinds of ear pro and headphones over my life and I have never had the kind of pain and discomfort these caused. This was true of all the different included ear tips. I understand this could be a unique issue where for one reason or another these just don't fit me. But it is confusing as I have never once struggled with similar on any other product. I think it comes down to the metal attachment barb and plastic like liners to the ear tips. 2. Noise passthrough - The feature I was most excited about over using other headphones or ear protection came up completely disappointing. I can hear car tires 100 meters away amplified like they are about to drive into me but coworkers speaking next to me are impossible to hear. I have found what they choose to amplify or block completely random and very quickly turned the feature off. I have since bough a different brand with a similar pass through feautre and have non of the same issues.
