Purchased first par in May and the only lasted till July before the right ear piece stopped charging. They did replace for free but that pair only worked till November when they stopped working. Is a great concept but they are clearly not worth the price.

I couldn't get the right earbud to charge or turn on. Also, when I put the left earbud back in the case and closed the lid, it wouldn't disconnect from my phone. I would have to manually disconnect it from my phone's settings.

United StatesUnable to turn up the volume past a generally very low setting. Not experiencing any reduction in ambient noise, or sudden noises. Bluetooth has major connectivity issues. Continually disconnects and reconnects. Has to get paired every time they come out of the case.

I purchased the Ultracomm Aware earphones based on an advertisement I saw. I had high expectations of the noise suppression and the usability of the earphones. Neither works as advertised, and the earphones are very hard to use. The settings change with any head movement, and the earphones go off continuously, having to reconnect them to Bluetooth. Sending them back.
