Does not have high enough volume

Really good set, fit well, easy to use. Sometimes I forget to put them on, the kit around my neck. Good sound, phone calls well, loud and clear. Very happy with the product, very well made. Highly recommend this product and business.

Fantasic product, and Excellent support team

I have had 3 sets of headphone/ear defenders from Isotunes. A pair of buds, and two pairs of Xtra 2.0. I've always been impressed with the clarity, volume, and build quality of all the products I have used. I use my Xtra 2.0 daily at work as my ear defenders which is fantastic! My first set of Xtra 2.0 developed a fault after a few months of heavy use, I contacted the support team to discuss the issue. After giving me some methods to try resolving the issue, which unfortunately failed. They were very quick about organising a new replacement pair under warranty, and made the process very easy. I'd recommend Isotunes to anyone who is contemplating them.

100% Perfect?

Are these headphones 100% perfect? Quite possibly. Theoretically there must be something that can be improved, and I'm sure that that's the case. Eventually the very excellent Bluetooth connection might be made even better as technology develops further. Eventually the very excellent sound insulation might be made even more effective as global materials science knowledge increases. Similarly with comfort, durability, battery life, charge time, appearance, etc. Eventually advances in each metric are, I suppose, conceivable. But by present standards I can't point to anything that fails to hit 100% of what I would like to have in this product. I wear the headphones in various settings, from living room to work, and most importantly (to me) under my helmet while motorcycling. I listen almost exclusively to audiobooks while using the headphones and for me the volume is satisfactory while remaining under my Galaxy's recommended headphone volume limit. (The ISOTunes will go louder, but I am pretty protective of my hearing so I am very cautious to push that soft limit.) Despite wind and engine noise (Yamaha MT-10-- a completely wind-unprotected bike with a savage snarling roar of crossplane torque) I can hear adequately at all reasonable speeds. On occasional hard overtaking/passing traffic the reader can be just drowned out briefly, but I am able to click volume up with a gloved hand if needed. I have never hit battery life limits and charge time has never been an issue for me. I usually plug in at night as with my phone itself. The cord length is about perfect, allowing for easy use and comfort. When riding fast it can flip around very slightly in the wind; I am looking into a collar clip for this. Certainly not a problem and I would not want to change the cord length. I am grateful for these XTRA 2.0 headphones which are so effective for my purposes. I would say that they are indeed 100% perfect.

Great product at a good price

I took a chance on buying these earphones and I'm really happy I did. Order received within 1 week from Canada to Australia. That's better than local deliveries are. The headphones are comfortable to wear so far. Waiting to try them out mowing the lawn. They do cut out all noise. I have only had them for 2 weeks. Highly recommend this business.
