Why are you an ISOtunes Sport brand ambassador?

ISOtunes Sport actually stays in my ears during training and competition for more dynamic and fitness-involved shooting like The Tactical Games. Others I had worn before had always fallen out, putting me at a huge disadvantage - especially in the middle of competition. The people behind ISOtunes Sport are also some of the best people who are always willing to help with anything I need. A product I love backed by even better people!

What inspired your passion for shooting?

I had a desire to learn how to protect myself and not have to rely on anyone else. Once I felt comfortable with that, I dove into the competition world and it has been something that has kept me wanting to learn and train more - there is always something to get better at when it comes to shooting and I love that.

What are you doing when you're not shooting?

Probably doing something else outside...hiking, fishing, enjoying a lake or river somewhere. Or I'm busy being a new mom and learning all the things that come with that!

How do you stay motivated in times of chaos/stress?

The gym is a huge stress reliever for me and is something I can always count on to help me get my mind straight.

What is something you are most proud of?

Deciding to jump into the world of firearms completely alone. In an already intimidating space for women, I didn't let the negative opinions and experiences stop me. I'm also proud that despite becoming a mom, I have the determination to keep making time to learn and become better at the things I'm passionate about - including shooting sports. Women can absolutely do both.

Words to live by?

I have a huge creative side to me. I love to play the piano, the ukulele, and guitar. I love to write songs, poetry, stories...I want to write and publish someone's biography one day. I have a huge interest in the human story and a desire to get peoples' stories out there in the world!

How did you become a content creator?

I think it was by accident when I just started combining the things I love to do with my creative side!

What are future goals as your career grows?

I hope to be able to grow as a voice in the 2A space, especially for women who are wanting to start their own journey from square one or who are wanting to dive into competition shooting. I want to be a good, solid, resource for all those wanting to learn more.

As a new mom, I hope to be able to continue training and growing in this part of my life as it is something I am truly passionate about.

How would you describe your perfect day?

Sunny, 75 degrees, no wind. A slow morning with my family and my pup, then going on some sort of outdoor adventure for the rest of the day.

When do you feel most at home?

When I am with the people I love and everyone is happy, healthy, and safe.

Favorite part of your daily routine.

The quiet in the early hours before most people are up when I can sit and take time to be thankful for all I have.
