Returns & Replacements

In order to begin the return or replacement process, you must first contact us. You can do this via email to, phone at 317-740-0419 (M-F 9-5 EST), or by filling out the product return form below. 

We will respond to emails, voicemails, and return requests within 1-2 business day. Once return approval is confirmed, we will provide you with the required steps to complete your return.

30-Day Refund Policy

We guarantee every item purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging and components. See contact information above for returns, refunds, and exchanges. (Note: Apparel & Merch items are not eligible for return.)

Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to ISOtunes. ISOtunes products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

We cover for return shipping in all cases where we are obligated due to fault, such as defects. However, we don't cover return shipping in cases where customers decide the product doesn't suit their needs.
