Being production mechanic in my 60's, I have a hearing problem so I use this hooked to a bluetooth module for a motorola radio. And when I'm talking to someone I can turn the volume up on the awareness. I can the calls on the radio clearly and when answering people they can hear me clearly no matter where I am in the plant.

Excellent service and product; not suitable for my needs
Customer service was excellent. Delivery was faster than expected. I was worried about the fit, but they fit well and worked well once I got used to putting them in my ear. Quality was excellent. Unfortunately, the product didn't suit my situation. They would be perfect if I was working around sudden potentially damaging noises such as gunshots, nailing, etc. But I work around constant loud noise, so although they offer adequate protection, I can't really take advantage of the feature of the Aware technology to hear speech, for example. I understand now that this is the nature of the product. ISOtunes made returns easy and rapidly refunded my money. Thanks.
