Pros: + Wifi Range is exceptional; + Boom microphone quality and noise canceling is exceptional; + Audio sound quality is very good; + Great hearing protection Cons: - Hard to find ear insert that fits well; - Hard to insert into ear... it's just awkward; - Built in microphone (not boom microphone) quality is BAD. It's useless. - The extra weight of the boom microphone causes the ear bud to want to fall/rattle out of your ear when walking of working. The biggest "con" of the product is that my "aware" feature annoyingly deactivates randomly. I was standing still reading something, and the "aware" feature turned off as if there had been a large noise. This happened multiple times. If this keeps up, I wil probably have to send them back for Warranty help. I love the concept and the idea of these. I think they're a great product, but there are some flaws that keep these from living up to the price. If you get them on a great sale, or if they fix some of the issues then I'd highly recommend.

The Mic boom while cool in theory, less ideal in practice. The control scheme is worse than ever. 3 ⭐. One for the case and that it holds everything. One for USB type C. One for the earbud form factor, although not perfect, it's an improvement. Minus one star for the controls, and super annoying misclicks that skip your music or 3hr podcast and lose your place, and while on a call no hangup option. Although it's better not to have an accidental hangup, at least have a long press option as well. Or at best an app that allows custom settings options. Minus one for not having aware adjusting while on a call. Really need to be able to control the device at all times. I was looking forward to this and am a bit disappointed, especially at the price point. Controls feel like a $50 device not a $315 (after tax and shipping).

I do like them, but these earbuds have been plagued by charging and Bluetooth connectivity issues. Charging: The first pair had a right earbud that rarely charged, and even then, only to around 70%. The replacement pair charges to 100%, but it's incredibly difficult to get them to start charging in the first place. Bluetooth: It seems the earbuds constantly attempt to connect to Bluetooth, potentially interfering with the charging process. Other earbuds don't have this issue – they prioritize charging when placed in the case. Possible Cause: The problem may lie with the charging contacts in the case, or it could be a software issue. Overall: These earbuds have great potential, but the charging and Bluetooth problems make them frustrating to use. On a positive note, customer support has been excellent and they are sending me a third, entirely new set.

Very disappointing quality of sound. Were these engineered by a person who is hard of hearing? They miss so many frequencies. I had better tech in the 1990's. It sounds like listing to AM radio.
